is targeted at improvements in operations, including cost reductions, improved controls, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, development of planned maintenance, improved reporting and analysis of data, all leading to the creation of efficient and financially sustainable ACs.
Duties include site implementation engineer for New Nubaria city WWTP 28000m3/day
o Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the construction project & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
o Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
o Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
o Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
o Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
o Checking and preparing site reports as required.
o Do all preventive, corrective and sudden maintenance.
o Follow up work order from production department, annual maintenance schedule.
o Make technical report about all equipment.
o Spare parts and raw material and maintenance cost for all equipment

o Do all preventive, corrective and sudden maintenance.
o Follow up work order from PMC program, annual maintenance schedule.
o Make technical documentation for all equipments.
o Spare parts, raw material, and maintenance cost for all equipments (pumps, power generator, blowers, valves, pipelines and mechanical workshop).
o Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
o Following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures requesting special services.
o Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
o Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
