The job is mainly responsible for all the business support functions of the group, following are some of the main duties :
⁻ Spearhead day to day operations of the organization in compliance to organizational policies/ procedures and strategic regulations
⁻ Involved in definition of financial strategies, Budgets and forecasts. Update the CEO on financial health of the organization through various status reports and qualitative presentations
⁻ Evaluate trends/ opportunities to ascertain potential for expansion
Collaborate with various support teams in management & the corporation road map to growth.
- Overseeing the company SWOT analysis & proposing remedial solutions.
.Restructuring the Finance team & dedicating them into specific business & some other activities are running in a corporate basis.
• Preparing budgets & business plans & sorting out the best financing alternatives
• Managing day to day finance operations in the focus of company strategies & procedures.
• Directs financial strategy, planning and forecast, confirming activity’s results with the CEO.
. Studies, analyses and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of potential
Adding values to the business by mapping & implementing ERP systems & ensure its optimum performance.
. Oversee all company financial practices.
• Monitor and control the cash flow, operational cash receipts and COGS.
• Maintaining Budgets, planning, financial reporting and tax & audit functions.
• Directs financial strategy, planning and forecast, confirming activity’s results with the CEO.

Board member in the subsidiary & the holding company, decision sharing.
Heading steering committee meetings with head of departments to track the progress & remove obstacles.

In charge of the following areas: Finance, costing & Accounting, General administration, Human Resources, IT, Regulatory affairs, Planning & reporting, Supply chain.
Evaluate added values to the business through business developments & supporting software’s.
Helping owners in taking the new investments & divests on the holding corporate level, by submitting the relevant business plans.
Negotiating banking deals for facilities & shopping for best banking & insurance offers.

Overseeing the entire financial operations of the organization; finalizing business plans process in consultation with the Board of Directors.
Ensuring on time external / internal audits; implementing necessary internal controls over various business processes on continuous basis.
Reviewing major financial terms of contracts and agreements in conjunction with Corporate Legal Consultant & Project Manager.
Controlling & processing contractors & project management IPR’s.
Presenting the strategic plans related to cash flow projections after updating the marketing plans & positions.
Responsible for North Africa finance & member of North Africa Executive Management Committee.
Monitoring accounts functions; financial analysis and reporting, treasury, payroll activities, works closely with department heads to provide accurate and timely information about company activities that assists management in making rational economic decisions to enhance company profitability.
Finalizing business planning process in consultation with the MD and RFC.
Providing assistance to the MD in devising financial policies and procedures over the company.
Conducting review of major terms of contracts and agreements in conjunction with Corporate Legal Consultant.
