Project Manager for software development, implementation projects and client management on all projects related documentation, including: . ▪ Statement of Work(SoW), Requirements, Project Execution Plans (PEP), Project Plans, Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Reports (QR); ▪ Business/Functional Requirement Specification (BRS/FRS); ▪ Technical Specification, Software Design Documents (SDD) & Interfaces Design Documents (IDD); Configuration, Installation and User Guides; ▪ Training Plans (TP) and Training Course Material; ▪ Project Status Report (PSR), Customer Status Report (CSR), Financial Status Reports (FSR) and Project Schedules; ▪ Requests for Change (RFC) and Change Management Processes; ▪ Request for Proposals (RFP), Bid & Business Processes Documentations; ▪ Manage the program teams & a non-technical client in terms of finance management, planning, staffing, quality activities, procurement and supplier invoicing; ▪ Creation and maintaining on monthly basis the Risk & Issues Register & Assets Report; ▪ Manage the life cycle of multiple projects from creating project plans to establishing the scopes of work to budget monitoring and deployment. ▪ Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders to provide them with information regarding ongoing projects and initiatives. ▪ Vast experience in coordinating, negotiating, and motivating customers and off-shore resources in support of timeline and project deliverables. ▪ Exceptional expertise in designing and conducting classroom and web-based trainings for customers with differing requirements including System Administrators, Managers, Team Leaders, and Developers. ▪ Outstanding skills in handling troubled projects with multiple teams to effectively deliver short-term results that meet tactical management requirements. * Generate income by designing project timelines, project scope, Included is the monitoring and review of cost controls of each project and reporting of project progress. * Maintain a successful client relationship and bring concerns to the Lead Manager and sales. * With the client and project team members, determine project goals, objectives, and scope of the project. Analyze and approve recommendations for change in scope and change in direction of projects. * Provide input to Director of Customer Services on methods to decrease costs, increase revenue of the project management team. * Work effectively as part of the CORE3 team for proper project handover and execution. * Took the lead role in identifying the necessary resources to finalize the project. * Responsible to obtain the customer final approval and clearance of all related project deliverables. * Consultant for Oracle Business unit (OBU) that provides technical support, training and professional services related to Oracle tools and applications to support Saudi Oracle and its value added resellers and integration partners in the Kingdom. In particular, the OBU supports the provision of E-Business solutions in the Saudi market. * CO-ordination of all functional users during the study and preparation of project definition memorandum (PDM), Operation diagnostic review (ODR) for the review of current business practices. * Identifying the key benefits of ERP implementation by bench marking internally and externally with world-class practices. * Supervising the training program that is related to the project, implementing the project scope, and schedule the budget techniques for all project phases. * Co-ordination activities for preparation of detailed “Requirement Definition Reports (RDR)”along with functional managers, team members and consultants. * I was part of several sales campaigns towards our customers. Participated in several exhibitions to support the sales team
* Planning of all projects related activities, including cost estimates, time schedule, resource requirements & communication. * Status reporting progress & risks to PM Manager & other departments as required. * Member of the United Nations Development Project - UNDP team, responsible for the development of the IT infrastructure in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all related embassies, consulates and branches. * System administrator of the “Service Center System - SCS”, using Peregrine systems. * System administrator of the Archiving System. * Fully designed and built the “Consular Instruction” web application for MoFA, using SQL & ASP.NET. The system links the head quarter in the kingdom with 72 embassies around the world. * Part of a team that designed and built the “Finance Information” web application, using SQL & ASP.NET. * Assigned to evaluate different S/W applications for UNDP * Conducted several training and presentation/seminar sessions for MoFA & UNDP
