Project Manager for software development, implementation projects and client management on all projects related documentation, including: . ▪ Statement of Work(SoW), Requirements, Project Execution Plans (PEP), Project Plans, Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Reports (QR); ▪ Business/Functional Requirement Specification (BRS/FRS); ▪ Technical Specification, Software Design Documents (SDD) & Interfaces Design Documents (IDD); Configuration, Installation and User Guides; ▪ Training Plans (TP) and Training Course Material; ▪ Project Status Report (PSR), Customer Status Report (CSR), Financial Status Reports (FSR) and Project Schedules; ▪ Requests for Change (RFC) and Change Management Processes; ▪ Request for Proposals (RFP), Bid & Business Processes Documentations; ▪ Manage the program teams & a non-technical client in terms of finance management, planning, staffing, quality activities, procurement and supplier invoicing; ▪ Creation and maintaining on monthly basis the Risk & Issues Register & Assets Report; ▪ Manage the life cycle of multiple projects from creating project plans to establishing the scopes of work to budget monitoring and deployment. ▪ Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders to provide them with information regarding ongoing projects and initiatives. ▪ Vast experience in coordinating, negotiating, and motivating customers and off-shore resources in support of timeline and project deliverables. ▪ Exceptional expertise in designing and conducting classroom and web-based trainings for customers with differing requirements including System Administrators, Managers, Team Leaders, and Developers. ▪ Outstanding skills in handling troubled projects with multiple teams to effectively deliver short-term results that meet tactical management requirements.
