Qiddiya
Responsible for managing the Engineering Interfaces between all Qiddiya Investment Company’s delivery partners. Qiddiyah City or Qiddiyah project, which is supported by The Public Investment Fund (PIF). The project is one of the tourism Giga projects to be established in Saudi Arabia under the auspices of Saudi Vision 2030, the master plan for Qiddiya was revealed, composed of five primary projects. These projects include resorts, parks, and a city center. Phase one, slated to be completed in 2023, will feature "Six Flags Qiddiya" as a family attraction. Qiddiya, the pre-eminent global destination for entertainment, sports and the arts, is located on the outskirts of Riyadh. The Qiddiya project is being built on an area of 367 square kilometers. Parsons is the infrastructures delivery partner for Qiddiya Investment Company, the cost of infrastructures are around 30 billion Saudi Arabian Riyals.
3J1 Station Line 3 Metro Riyadh: Main responsible for a SAR 600M Metro Station project containing two 1, 500ml access ramps. As responsible for the technical department and design life cycle, my role covers design management, along with program management. My role requires focus on coordination of design matters, progress of works based on design drawings and shop-drawings, and the daily activities of the project. The performance of the project is measured on a weekly basis and, one more liability that is assigned to my role, is reporting to our Project Director.
Hail Court Complex: Main responsible for a SAR 180M Court complex project containing three main buildings. On the buildings it was used precast elements system, supported over cast in situ raft foundation. As responsible for consultancy in terms of inspection, technical and design life cycle, my role covers civil management, progress of works based on drawings, site inspection and management of civil scope, and the daily activities of the project. The performance of the project was measured on a weekly basis and, one more liability that was assigned to my role, was reporting to our Project Director.
Ministry of Education buildings: Main responsible for more than 60 buildings in ministry of Education in Tabuk region, the buildings consisted on schools, student housing buildings and ministry administrative branches. Within my responsibilities it can be mention a consultancy in terms of inspection, management and technical aspects. The main scope of work was the execution of new buildings, repairing of old buildings and periodic maintenance. The performance of the project was also measured on a weekly basis and been reported to ministry branch director.
Delebshan waste water treatment station: Main responsible for a LE 350M Project containing Main station (main treatment unit, entrance and refineries building, drying beds, Administrative buildings, laboratory and storage), pumping station (caisson system) pumping polyethylene networks, and waste water networks. As responsible for the Project Management, my role requires focus on following project progress as per time schedule, the performance of the project is measured on a weekly basis and, one more liability that is assigned to my role, is reporting to our Area manager.
Design and construction of buildings: Main responsible for many small residential and industrial buildings in terms of structural design, quantity surveying and construction. My role requires covering the project from design to hand over and coordination with project owner. The performance of the project is measured on a weekly basis and, one more liability that is assigned to my role, is reporting to the company Director.
