As Project Manager:
- PM of LTT NGBN Project:
--- National IP/MPLS Multi-Service network physically based on Fiber Network. It is a Turn-Key Project with value of USD 12 Million
--- Customer request to cancel the project after Libya ware.

- Deputy PM of AAT NGBN Project:
--- A Turnkey Project with value of EUR 14 Million (Sep-2009 ~ Sep2010).

- PM of TBN Project
--- None Turnkey project with value of EUR 2.7 Million (Nov-2008 ~ Dec-2010).

- PM of GPTC Southern Desert DWDM Project
--- A Turn-Key Project with value of USD 0.9 Million (Dec-2007 ~ Jul-2008).

- Project supervisor of GPTC pilot NGN Project
--- None Turn-Key project Free of charge, (May-2005 ~ Jun-2007).

- Switching Engineer in Libya Pilot CDMA project (Nov-2004 ~ Jul-2005).

Project Management Duties:
> Perform Contract analysis to define clearly deliverables, needs and identify risks.
> Create and Execute of Project Master Plans including, Delivery plans, Quality Plan, Procurement Plan, Resource Plan, Budget Plan, Acceptance Plan and Billing Collection Plan.
> Setting Project Implementation Platform where “Communication Plans, Documenting methods, Project workflows, Standard tools… etc” are identified.
> Assign team responsibilities, apply organization methodology and assess/audit team commitments.
> Assess subcontractors and use subcontractor management tools to control the quality.
> Audit and approve project PRs, POs, and acceptance reports.
> Perform project meetings efficiently and effectively.
> Reporting project status.

Functional Duties:
>> Libya Office PMO (Present): Responsible for managing Delivery KPIs of Libya office, like Revenue Recognition, Delivery Cost Rate, Inventory Turn-Over, and others, in addition issuing Libya office Monthly Delivery Report to Regional office.
>> Pre-Sales: Join bidding phase of projects as Engineering member, responsible for building and developing the responsibility matrixes and implementation schedules.
>> Project Management Coaching Management (PMCM): The PMCM is one position under Huawei PMO, aimed to enhance current/potential Project Managers knowledge and experience.
