• Working directly with the C.E.O in developing new businesses & bringing in new customers.
• Conducting market research and gathering information periodically.
• Serving as a program manager to develop and implement programs for business development.
• Interfaces with the other departments to enhance the quality, productivity and cost reduction of the work process and to provide unique Curve exclusive solutions.
• Attending workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.
- Attending Expos related to the office's field of work.
- Researching new materials, suppliers, methods of construction, standards.
- Affiliation with related regional & international organizations.

- Overseeing the marketing and customer relations operations.
- Preparing Maintenance Technical and Financial offers for Mountain View compounds.
- Assisting in the preparation of Technical Specs and bill of quantities.
- Researching the launching of new lines of certain businesses for the office.
• Conducting the Design Development process and preparing the Construction Drawings & Tender Documents.
• Meeting and communicating with prospective clients, engineering and construction team members.
• Production of Working Drawings B.O.Q.s and presentations documents for projects ranging in size from residential villas to Shopping malls and service buildings complexes for both local and international projects including project in Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Djibouti.
• Overseeing construction sites.
