Promote and ensure that all work handled by staff and contractors is
according to safety procedures.
Develop maintenance program and maintain good relation with other
departments.
Coordinate and define the shipment delivery schedule with logistics
team to ensure deliveries on time from DC.
Manage different projects and meet deadlines, develop plans on
completing projects using timeline and gantt chart.
Build and maintain good relation with customers.
Performance and budget reporting of the area.
Promote and conduct good housekeeping.
1\ Responsible for all utilities at site. ( HVAC, Boiler, Fire Fighting System, Air Compressor and LV Systems).
2\ Responsible for Maintaining all building facilities to the highest quality standards.
3\ Develop and write a maintenance life plan for all critical utilities and equipment.
4\ Review and monitor spares store to ensure all critical parts are available to an acceptable level.
5\ Solving issues with the use of problem solving methodologies.
6\ Use of systematic methodologies and techniques for improving plant performance.
7\ Ensure Department compliance with GES and EHS.
8\ Leading a team of engineers and technician to ensure all day to day activities are being tend to.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, Diagnosing and analyzing faults, Maintaining statistical and financial records, Managing stocks of supplies and equipment, Responding to breakdowns, Supervising engineering and technical staff, Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Installation of new systems, Field testing of equipment and products, periodic inspection and service on the systems, Diagnose faults and rectify them.
