As an Executive Supply Chain Manager, i am building up the company stratigy in the supply chain side of the business, which contain 5 warehouses in 3 countries, for a big manufacturing & production / retail & whole sale /importing / stock & material management to achieve the best performance to deliver the availability of the stocks in both sides (retail end users & the production), , monitored by a professional KPIs System, with a strategy for an ambitious plan .

• More than 140 employees, managing a 22 K warehouse facility in 3 Racking system and a 27 MHE with adding to that a 5K display material warehouse.
• Running a high-volume daily distributions operation and implementing a new Warehouse Management System for the Company.
• Creating the logistics SOPs for the DC (distribution center).

Now I am the Contract Logistics Developments Manager for El-Amir Group, which is the main: Distributer/service provider and 3ed part Logistics including the customizations services for P&G / Nestle & Pepsi in the whole Egypt region with more than 1600 employees, 220 trucks & more than 100.000 square meter of warehousing.
Some of the responsibilities :
Preparing the coming year’s strategy plan in the Egyptian economics market in contract logistics. As it is a very potential market in the country & the region.
Evaluating &Re-constructing the current situation (warehouses - fleet).
Interacting with the multinational brands in the market as a 3d part logistics & service provider.

The warehousing operations I have managed is the first in Egypt and one of the biggest in the Middle East, its 43, 200 square meter.
Working 24/7, and with around 200 persons subordinators, 48 MHE unit, 6 level racking system, 52 docks leveler and a huge VAS area.
Opening such a project (considered the first in the country) is a big challenge holding a lot of experiences:
-Planning for the daily /weekly / monthly...Targeted orders (inbound & outbound), which is the biggest in the Middle East.
-daily follow up on the performance of all the parts.
-daily meetings with the clients, to assure the consumers satisfactions.
-daily evaluate the performance for and on each level; shifts / members /team of activity.
-Ongoing updates for the SOP and WI forms.
-Problems solving for every details in the daily operations.
-assure the safety & quality procedures are followed by all.
-daily reporting and analyzing all the steps, to get to the best utilization for man-power & man-hour.

The role was G.M. (Commercial General Manager) for big General Merchandise Retail chain stores with 3500 employees (200 in each store).
I was responsible for a quick retail actions for develop the sales and the performance in each store and restructuring the big stores as so after receiving the stores mainly in Cairo area on behave of the new company for the chain and manage it .
Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, display, housekeeping and product information to convey the desired image of the brand and the Company.
Contribute towards overall sales strategy and prepare the sales plan and budget for the given brand
- Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.
A lot of growth achievements been achieved with an average of 150% of the daily sales, and 90 % of clearing all the sleeping stock.

I used to be an importer to variable accessories for the clothes factories from many places around the world but mainly from the far east .
I also was an importer for many other things to the local market .because of the huge business relations and personal skills in forecasting the market needs and of course managing my business.

it was a big cafe (34 employees ), thats why i didnt have time to run it with my main Merchandising in the fasion and importing careers .
