· Trained new personnel on proper usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
· Conducted sampling programs to analyze quality standards of certain raw materials, chemical intermediates and products.
· Conducted tests and experiments using various advanced techniques including Fourier Transform Infrared Technology, advanced equipment Anton Par Density meter, Easy plus titrate, Hunterlab colorimeter, Texture Analyzer, Metler Moisture Analyzer, Lactosen Biosensor etc.
· Documented experiment findings in technical lab reports and data graphs.
· Documented test results, compiled data and reported on findings to concern to aide in achieving food standards.
· Assessed quality and integrity of all dairy and juice products against standard specifications, evaluated measurement uncertainty and followed the procedures for monitoring the validity of results, and the verification and validation of test methods.

· Experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensured that work compiled with GMP/GLP.
· LGC standard proficiency testing every alternate month under Quality in Dairy Chemistry Scheme.
· Handling of chemical and spill response according to MSDS.
· Ensure full compliance with the company’s Health and safety, code of integrity and professional conduct policies.
· Maintain clean and stocked workstation ensuring spill are immediately cleaned, hazardous waste disposal according to the laboratory procedures, glass wares are appropriately handled and lab solutions are replaced.
· Fast problem solving and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and the adaptability to change.
