Job role includes daily operations related to the employee from the hiring till the end
of service. Such as, Muqeem, Gosi, Jahiz, insurance cards, sadad, air tickets
Job role includes coordinating between collection team, finance department and
Supply chain all on premise key accounts in order to control payment and issue credit
accordingly, maintaining mutual trustful relationships. main responsibilities as the
following,
* Building customer’s database.
* Tracking overdue amount by customer and collection timeline.
* Generating SOA monthly with required analysis
* Maintaining finance issues and match payments to the correct budget.
* Coordinate with finance/KAM on customers reconciliation twice a year.
* Generate OP Sales Master file on monthly basis.
* Forecasting the sales each week.
