My main role is delivering projects and helping our organization to achieve better systematic involvement.
We are in SAL company working hand to hand with Saudia Cargo as both are sister companies and IT corporate Application department is serving both companies.
My key roles:
- Playing a Project Management Role for different projects.
- Supporting the beneficiary departments to accomplish their requirements and objectives.
- Tracking the project plan, and ensuring the work completion on the agreed time frame.
- Assisting with designing of the solutions blueprints documents.
- Analyzing the system gaps and helping to tackle all risks out of them.
- Conducting troubleshooting on the reported and assigned incidents.
- Preparing the project status to be shared with stakeholders.
- Contributing in the project quality assurance, and participating to ensure appropriate tests scripts that cover all positive and negative scenarios.
- Aiding with the organization change management (OCM) deployment which is required with any new project implementation.
- Helping with training manuals and administrative materials.
- Designing and proposing business cases for better enhancements and updates.
- Investigating if impacts are in place while new change is required to be implemented.
Helping with the project implementations for different areas to achieve the company goals and visions.
Key roles:
- Implementing the assigned functional specification to me for different modules using SAP NetWeaver.
- Adding helping comments to make the code readable and understandable.
- Enhancing the functionality to improve the work.
- Making sure to deliver the Functional specification before the due date.
- Writing the necessary Technical specification documents for each developed object.
- Unit testing each deployed object using different scenarios.
- Reporting to the functional team to ensure the object details was developed as required.
