Directly reporting to the Dean, responsible for overseeing and managing their calendar, to-do list, transportation and daily tasks.
- Central point of contact between the college and higher management.
- Handling Faculty Affairs related tasks such as preparing reports concerning faculty load.
- Solid knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices purchasing, budgeting and other related tasks.
- Managing events and conferences for different college departments in term coordination, planning, and execution.
- Managing college’s calendar and space, preparing presentations, reports, and translations.
- Support college’s committees (college council, promotion committee, hiring committee, professional development committee), attending meetings and writing minutes.
- Support on budget development and financial management and act as the first point of contact for budget holder.
- Work jointly with key stakeholders, to identify and deliver quality enhancements.
