- Understanding the Enterprise's procedures before meet users
- Meet users to get a clear vision for their new requirements/needs
- Convert business requirements into system requirements in a Business requirements specifications document (BRSD)
- Brief the development teams on new requirements
- Act as liaison between the clients and the developers (sometimes they vendors not on site team)
- Verifying the released CRs are met with the BRDS
- Delivering the UAT to users after releasing CRs/new system on a staging environment, and to ensure users are involved in the testing adequately in order to get user's feedback to make any final adjustments before releasing the CRs/system on the production environment (Beta Testing).
- Initiate, maintain and monitor the CRs releases with developers.
- Manage the finance and Purchasing systems as support.
- Using the Scrum/Agile methodologies for system analysis/deliveries.
- Tracking systems bugs/issues by using the Team Foundation Server (TFS) in order to verifying fixed bugs.
My responsibilities here represent in :
- Receiving Calls/ emails from users and support them how to use programs.
- Testing new released requests for changes in the main application that using in the hospital.
- Understanding nursing/doctors procedures, vital signs, ER/OR procedures..ETC
- Requirements gathering from key users.
My duties represents in teaching trainees for :
1. The fundamentals of web design by using modern techniques such as : HTML 4, HTML 5, CSS, CSS 3, and Java script with using the "Dream Weaver".
2. The Fundamentals of 3D Max with using "Auto CAD 3D MAX Program".
3. The Fundamentals of Graphic design by using the "Photoshop program"
