- Self Development: Attends and participates in both in-house and outside training sessions to maintain awareness of overall bank products, services and/or technologies to increase the skills level.
- Administrative Support: Handle typing/filing/photocopying documents. Handle stationary orders and maintain an efficient filing system for the department.
- Development of job performance: Follow-up functionality for staff and conduct studies that contribute to the development of the level of service
- Study job titles for new appointees: Determine the choice of job title, and the appropriate level for new employees
- Study of level of service: Develop plans and proposals for work to improve the quality of service provided

- Correspondences: Receive various letters from ministry of Justice, clients, lawyers, etc. and dispatch documents in accordance with rules and regulations.
- Reports Preparation: Prepare CBK reports and statistics as required, undertake first check of CBK reports under preparation.
- CBK Data Processing: Prepare relevant worksheet and input CBK data in the CBK online system.
- Follow up: Create effective follow-up system to monitor blocked and/or overdrawn accounts, transfer the amounts to the Ministry of Justice as directed/approved by supervisors.
