 Re-design and lead the implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning plan;
 Develop the project Theory of Change;
 Lead the baseline assessment process, by conducting primary and secondary data collection, and coordinating with the technical team on other analysis done by them. Task also includes analysis of results, presenting results in infographics and linking results to HRH2030 interactive dashboards.
 Conduct the mid-term HR Capacities and Systems Assessment for the Ministry of Health (September 2018)
 Act as the Gender Focal Point, ensuring that gender considerations are incorporated and monitored into program interventions as per the Gender Strategy, including working with the technical team to identify gender-related interventions, tracking gender-related indicators, representing HRH2030 at gender-related events, and implementing and reporting on gender-related activities.
 Develop and ensure application of effective data collection, tracking, and reporting to monitor activity outputs and program quality;
 Assist in the design and development of M&E data collection tools and templates;
 Implement primary data collection efforts based on needs of project; including but not limited to site visits to complete surveys or assessment and cooperation with local consultants or firms, as needed.
 Train and mentor project staff and consultants in the use of M&E methods and data collection tools;
 Manage knowledge management through the sharing of evaluations and lessons learned from the program;
 Maintain and update Chemonics DevResults, a web-based tool for M&E tracking and reporting;
 Carry out other duties as assigned by the Deputy Project Director.

•Jordan Services Modernization Program (JSMP) - from 2009 - 2015

Programme Development and Project Management:
•Assist in preparing program estimates for the different projects including the plan of the selected period including the forecasted budget
•Contact the EU donor in issues related to project implementation
•Prepare bi-yearly technical implementation reports for European Commission Delegation about the process of the EU funded programs, this report is prepared in line with the financial report prepared by the financial team
•Supervise the Evaluation process for the different types of Grant schemes by supervising the secretariats of the committees and ensure the process is going as planned.
•Assist the PDU director (CEO Technical Assistant) in managing the technical tasks in the project
Design:
•Assist in the preparation of programme fische and financing agreement
•Review the logical framework indicators and link them to the yearly plan prepared for the project concerned
•Prepare the project's work plan specifying key tasks, resources, timeline and deliverables in terms of clear indicators and outputs
•Work with the technical assistance team and the external monitors on reviewing the logical framework and the projects' indicators.
Monitoring:
•Assess the project' implementation against the plan and the logical framework
•Monitor the progress of department and assess their implementation against their monthly planned activities, the project overall objective and specific objectives
•Prepare summaries of progress and statistics for the different board members and steering committee meetings
Evaluation:
•Highlight lessons learned and get the benefit of them in any new project
•Contact person with the external monitoring and evaluation missions of the EU
•Prepare and analyze evaluation surveys and prepare results and lessons learned
•Take part on the impact assessment of the projects (Impact assessment of a pilot project already implemented)
Quality Management:
•Assist the PDU director in ensuring that the services provided by PDU are fit for purpose and meet both external and internal requirements, including clients' expectations; and in promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout PDU.
•Together with the team, established a Procedures and Quality Manual for the project, containing systems and internal procedures, as well as the documents used throughout the process.
•Participate in the Re-engineering process conducted in the Organization

 Analysis of the progress of each client based on JUMP grant system and monitor impact of program grants on companies
 Liaison with Jordan Enterprise for Development Corporation, the main corporation with which JUMP has newly merged.
Research and Analysis:
 Prepare reports regarding different topics like SME in Jordan
 Develop and handling program databases for statistical use, conducting the related statistical analysis in different types
IT duties:
 Contact person responsible for following up the process of building a computerized Grant system by a programming company for the working process at JUMP.
 Build up new access forms to achieve unified forms to be used by the team and thus to simplify the working process
