Administration Manager
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the EGM Office.
- Receive all external and internal emails, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member - Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence - Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support - Type confidential documents on a word processing system - Perform other related duties as required.

- Receive all the inquiries .
- I shall verify the all information mentioned within the inquiry and assure the availability of (drawings, BOQ, Technical Specs…etc.)
- After confirming the Client Inquiry Check List, the inquiry is send to estimation department with all related attachments
- issue a formal quotation and send to the client .
- Fabrication JOB orders is initiated by the M&S manager to start the fabrication process.
- Received Customer Satisfaction & feedback
- Received Complaints from the Client
