Supervise and monitor all planed preventive maintenance (PPM) activities as per schedule.
Supervise monitor and directs as applicable the activities of
sub-ordinates and all mechanical equipment’s such as (HVAC, Firefighting, Hydrolics, plumbing)
Assuring proper technical specifications to worker.
Inspection and quality control of HVAC, works during maintenance Equipment’s like Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Chillers, Chilled Water Pump, Air cooled condenser unit, Package a/c units, Exhaust Fans and supply Fans, CRAC, VRF, chilled beams etc.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
Supervise and monitor all reactive tasks being raised by client/operators and make sure to finish the work within the rectification time frame.
Inspection and quality control of reactive task during maintenance work. Plan and coordinate PPM activities in accordance with project requirements/according to schedule.
Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.
Attending and resolving brake down activities/corrective work orders.
Responsible for allocation of work schedule & distribution of technicians. Monitor the stock of maintenance items and spare parts.
Preparing Daily log sheet and Daily check list for smooth operations and monitoring purpose.
Preparing and updating of ppm (task list as per manufacturer recommendation and criticality of the equipment’s.
