SAS is the leading aquaculture Association in MENA Region).
Appointed as Adviser to support the ongoing efforts of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture to sustain the Aquaculture industry in the Kingdom).
(The 7th initiative of the Agricultural Development Fund was launched by the Saudi Government in March 2010 with the objective of developing the Fisheries Industry Strategic Plan in the Kingdom).
Strategically chaired the Steering Committee of the 7th initiative, the 36 hi level members of this committee were appointed to represent 23 ministries and government agencies, along with the leaders of the industry, corporates and academic institutions.
Acted as the project manager, representing the interest of ADF, managing the day to day issues while maintaining close coordination with the international consultants.
Chaired the high level, official Saudi Fisheries Industry Delegations (2011 - 2013) to Europe, Australia and USA, as well as Co - chaired the official public works shops that were organized as part of the project.
Co - presented the Strategic Development plan in number of hi level, strategic meetings with top government officials, this led to the successful completion of the Fisheries Industry Strategic Development Plan.
(ASC is one of the largest Aquaculture Operations in the MENA region, Among the Shareholders is the Saudi Economic Offset Program).
Appointed as director by AAAID "The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development" with the objective of leading the turnaround of the company and its operation.
(ARASCO is the largest Feed manufacturer in MENA region, and a prominent top 50 Saudi Co.)
Innovated and executed the development of the Strategic Plan for developing the world largest, fully integrated Aquaculture / Algae Culture entities.
This innovative work was coordinated with a group of some of the world’s largest Biotechnology, Aquaculture and Algae development organizations from USA, Europe and Japan.

(Led the diversification program that transformed the company from being a Shrimp Farming Co. into an Mari culture and Algae Biomass company, in addition to diversify its marketing and branding activities).
Secured the certification of facility and operation under HACCP & ISO 2001 (by then), successfully obtained the EU number as the 1st organization in KSA.
Facilitated merger negotiation with one of the largest fisheries operation in the MENA region.

•Constructed significant organizational re-structuring, designed and instituted the operational processes, established for the 1st time the biosecurity procedures at all operation functions.
•Established new executive leadership and implemented comprehensive improvements in new products, manufacturing, engineering, materials and quality,
•Established the first industrial Algae and Chitin production unit in the ME,
•Lead efforts for the establishment of the first shrimp domestication program in the Middle East,
•Lead the establishment of the world largest, fully mechanized shrimp processing and packing facility,
•The first Arab national to introduces the concept of bio-security and sustainability of the aquaculture industry in the
(SCRD is a joint venture between the Thai government and other national and international technology and operation companies including INVE and CP Groups).
Co - coached Asia's first shrimp domestication program, in collaboration with world top technology bodies.
Jointly identified the innovative leading technology required for the company, closely monitored the process of developing the Asia's 1st SPF P. Monodon.
