To ensure the 5000+ staff in GCC Sales Division are constantly equipped with the required skills, knowledge and right attitude to support the company’s business objectives, mission & Vision and its commitment to product quality, service excellence and operational efficiency by ensuring, TNA, Training & Development Plan, Succesion Plan, Talent Management, Training Delivery, Training Evaluations and Training audits, E-Learning are conducted as per the Training policies and Procedures.
Deputize the DHR Manager in time of absence
Been managing all learning and development activities in the upper gulf region (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain), starting from identifying the raining needs by our customized analyses system for every individual of almost 2000 staff, prepare their individual training plan for the year and the regional annual training plan and calendar accordingly, also to plan the training budget to cover all departments training requirements and to efficiently manage to fit it into reality. That would includes implementation of the training programs internally and externally and to control it's quality and feedback and oat important its impact on the entire business performance and ensure we get the maximum of the ROI.
The other important side of my role is to manage the potential employees development path through a supervisory and managerial development program (SDP) and (MDP) in coordination with their respective department heads and prepare their ITP that would guarantee they attain the standard skills, knowledge and attitude for the next step position.
Responsible for contacting Training Centers in the MENA (middle east & north africa) and deal with some of them to be assigne as Authorized Training Partners as we are the exclusive distributor in the region of one of the most gorwing Busniss Training Inetrnational Certifcate.

Worked as an organizer during the great even of Opera Aida that locats at the Pyramids during the month of October every year for one or a couple of weeks
