Monthly financial statement close work completed. Take the lead in coordination of accounts payable month closing process. Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities.
Supervise and manage aspects of the accounts department and oversee the preparation of monthly and weekly aged debtors.
Review of daily journal vouchers for all expenses with all supporting documents, reviewing of journal vouchers for correctness and proper approval, reviewing bank reconciliation.
manage, analyze and ensure all financial controls (both internal and external); revenue targets, profits and any corrective actions are taken to guarantee alignment with the clinic's financial objectives, develop and maintain productive relationships with auditor, bankers. Control and prepare finalize the monthly, quarterly, annual financial statement such as trial balance, cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet, prepare & review LC documents with bank and customer conditions.
Analyze, reconcile, and evaluate the accuracy of general ledger, accounting details, revenues, expenditures, accounting / budget / financial reports, processing documents for input, and posting accounts receivable as necessary.
