Managing services IT services for BAE Systems all over the kingdom, incidents, Development and dissemination of best practice across all ISE infrastructure teams
•Resource balancing and seconding staff to specific ISE accounts to meet local SLAs and CSAT requirements with the minimum number of staff possible.
•Responsible for delivering ISE infrastructure services within agreed budgetary requirements
•Point of escalation for individual accounts
•Responsible for the appraisal and development of site based team leads, taking appraisal performance feedback from the site operations manager
•Supporting the bidding team with bids, signing off elements of bid scope and cost relating to infrastructure services
•Design and develop the policies, standards, procedures, tools, techniques, and plans that apply to infrastructure activities and their deliverables
•Production of service strategy and supporting business plans and cases for budgetary planning
•Developing service offerings to support ISE’s go to market strategy
• Accomplishes information systems staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintains safe and healthy working environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
• Sustains information systems results by defining, delivering, and supporting information systems; auditing application of systems.
• Assesses information systems results by auditing application of systems.
• Enhances information systems results by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies.
• Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
