Project: Medical Capital in Badr City - Cairo ‐ Egypt.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the MEP Technical office engineers to review the technical material submittals,
shop drawings, as built drawings and Method statements.
Coordinate with the design office related to any design issues raised by the Contractor and/or the
Client.
Review the progress of MEP works against the approved Time schedule.
Follow up and coordinate with site engineers to ensure that work inspection requests and Material
inspection requests are done according to the approved documents.
Participating in the preparation of MEP weekly and monthly reports.
Attending and discussing the progress of MEP work with various project stakeholders.
Project: New extension of Four Seasons Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh ‐ Egypt
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Project manager, consultant and the main contractors to ensure completing the project on schedule and within the estimated budget.
• To attend on behalf of the owner the periodic construction meetings and discusses progress of MEP works and issues with Project Manager, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor all parties of the project lead all its duties without any problems, and make efforts to solve any obstructions correctly according to contracts.
• Provide monthly (or weekly) reports to the owner regarding MEP work progress, decisions to take and current issues.
• Review Testing and Commissioning Plan and Time schedule.
• To attend on behalf of the owner the start-up, Testing and commissioning for MEP equipment.
• To coordinate between the Project manager/Consultant and The operator during Handing over process.

1st Project: Mixed‐Use development in Muscat - Oman from June 2014 to June 2017
2nd Project: Kuwait Air Force Base in Al Salmi - Kuwait from July 2017 to Nov. 2019
Responsibilities:
Leading the review and approval of shop drawings, as built drawings and material submittals.
Supervision of site mechanical installations in coordination with other trades for compliance with
contract requirements and approved drawings/specifications.
Follow up in work progress and attending progress meetings with various project stakeholders.
Conducting inspection requests and replying to site clarification requests raised by Contractors.
Quality control, quality assurance snagging and de‐snagging for various site installations.
Witnessing and approving testing and commissioning activities; and preparation of progress
reports, technical correspondences, and other documentation.
•Implements specific HVAC engineering works in accordance with the work program of a project.
•Organizes and supervises the work of engineers and draftsmen and provides relevant support and advice to project team.
•Responsible for effective design of HVAC engineering works.
•Preparation of drawings and contract documents.
•Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
•Attend all technical meetings.

•Performing detailed cooling & heating load and ventilation calculations on software's equipment sizing and selection, duct and pipe sizing, during the detailed design phase.
•Performing calculations for external static pressure, air balancing, TDH for pump, staircase pressurization humidifier sizing and for the smoke management system.
