Developing a mechanism pertinent to applying the basis of safety for all the workers in the projects’ sites.
Adhering to the company's policy regarding the strategies set in this field and which includes the basis of the safety followed in main office and sites.
Reviewing the best practices in this field and which are applied in other similar companies.Conducting field visits to observe safety requirements.Continuously coordinating with QHSE Manager regarding the level of consistency in safety requirements or any other suggestions relevant to this field. Coordinating with safety officers on all related issues and receiving periodic reports on their achievements and suggestions.Preparing project safety plan, forms and procedures during tender phase and during all projects’ phases.Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites.Participating in Elaboration of Method Statement concerning Safety Section.Participating in project mobilization concerning safety site preparation (training room, fire hoses, etc.) Monitoring HSE controllers in executing continuous audits.Providing HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective Coordinating and participating in the investigation of accidents and near misses.Reviewing and analyzing accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.Ensuring regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintaining records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.Supervising the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment.Assisting in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
Ensuring that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions for theatre operations.Preparing written monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.

Duties and responsibilities HSE
Submitting periodic reports to the management and giving advice concerning health and safety issues
Conducting safety audit and follow up safety management system documentation
Conducting HSE inductions, tool box meetings, training & fire drills and evacuation plans also fulfil at site
Actively involved in developing and applying process/procedure manuals
conducting inspection to insure all equipment and personnel following the site procedures
Implementing Safety program and procedure at the sites
Conducting Safety Induction, awareness, tool box talks for all employees.
Design new safety document forms to be effective & implemented on site
Implementing safety signs boards and posters where ever it is applicable
Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles, heavy equipment’s are safe and up to the standard before commencement of each jobs
Accident/Incident/Near miss investigation and recommend means of preventing recurrence
Conducting mock drills, fire fighting demonstration etc.
Issuing/verification of all kinds of permits and also implementing recommendations.
Conducting and participating in meetings like safety committee, monthly management.
Inspection of all rigging, scaffolding & fire related equipment.
Conducting walk thru & advice the team working on site for all related HSE issues
Security Manager in deputy Responsibilities:
Managing 150 security personnel ( day And Night shift) to insure secure environment for more than 28000 person at the construction site
Report to duty at any time 24/7 in case of urgent matters at site
Submitting new document designs to be used on site (material passes, Id passes, visitors....)
Developing filing system and follow up legal documents as per national standards bodies and rules submitted from our subcontractors (resident id, visa, licence ...)
Perform Audit and inspection on all the security locations seeking to improve work quality
Successfully develop security fire training plan
Successfully develop security data log system to be submitted as reports
Working in close conjunction with client professionals to create and implement a secure safe environment plan
Actively involved at site in case of any emergency accident fire medical occurrence
Actively involved the ID issuance for new comers (person, vehicles, heavy and light equipment)
Coordinate with the government authorities ( police, civil defense ambulance, surveyors, ...) in case of any incident or accident occurrence
Coordinating site vehicular flow and equipment movement during working hours to maintain accident free site
Coordinating with the site top management & client in all cases that concerns security procedures
