1- Prepares, maintains, Retrieve daily sales reports: Starting by requesting the needed reports from the PIMS and joining these reports together in an order to get use of the final result in a scientific method, to support the head office in decision making regarding quantities to order.
2- Set and maintain work processes in the department.
3- Plan sales capacities and opportunities according to yearly sales reports.
4- Handling items modifications.
5- Preparing orders, S.F, A.F, currier.
6- Coordinate with suppliers regarding our orders, special prices negotiations, claims.
7- Participating and representing the company in the conferences held by our suppliers, presentations and individual discussions.
8- Coordinate between the forwarder (shipping agent) and suppliers.
9- Tracking orders, from the day of ordering till arrival to the warehouse.
10 - 11 Monitoring stock including, stock level, slow moving stock. - Data entry into the PIMS (orders, invoices)
12 - Dealers and branches back orders reporting to feedback the warehouse head office.
13 - Managing and supervise returned parts to the supplier.
14 - Wholesales items observation depending on ABC analysis.
15 - Handling of slow moving stock, by separating it from the total stock of the company and packaging it and forward list of those items to our sales personnel in order to marketing it in the local market, also publish these items internationally as possible for any of the dealers in the region.
16- System analysis: setting up plans for new systems to increase the efficiency of the work, like developing previous systems in the company or setting up new ones.
17- Customs classification.
