• Order once Received from Client till Client receives order in warehouse
• Prepare Performa Invoices, Production orders & Final Invoices
• Follow up with Client even after order is delivered to client to assure Client satisfaction.
• Prepare & Follow Customer Balance statements.
SAP SD Order Management Specialist
• Complete SAP SD cycle Po, Quotations, Sales Order, Picking, Delivery and Billing invoices
• Handling customers PO and response with Quotations
• Enter and amend sales orders in SAP SD and ensure communication of orders to sourcing best Coordinate the creation and communication of sales orders for all the Company Division
• Maintain communication and adjustment of all orders and monitor status of production from the sourcing department
