Responsibilities: Help pwc clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Involve in business development activities to help identify opportunities on new/existing clients. • Manage and control the IT department budget; by monitoring and tracking yearly CAPEX/OPEX in accordance to the set IT strategic planned initiatives.
• Proactive alignment with IT senior management regarding expected impact of any unplanned commitments, shortfalls to avoid budget overrun.
• Adopt adequate policies and procedures in IT procurement cycle to optimize operations efficiency.
• Ensure that IT contracts and service agreements are acquired through proper vendors’ negotiation so as to achieve win-win relationship with Etisalat partners
