Scope of work: • Helping Fulfilled By Woolies team in their initiative to rewrite all the legacy systems to a more scalable, maintainable, and available system. • Breaking down a monolith application into several microservices to monitor customer orders and publishing/consuming messages from Azure Service Bus • Redesigning the in-store picking app using .net core, Reactjs, material UI, and MongoDb • Participated actively in system architecture sessions to redesign the existing system • Implemented Adobe Analytics to measure customer interaction with the newly added features and UI changes • Writing unit tests and integration tests to maintain code quality using • Maintaining technical documentation and solution decisions using Confluence • Performed Service Maturity Assessments for several services and planned a roadmap to cover the gaps

Scope of work: • Contributing in digitalizing all the licences provided by NSW government in a multi-billion project • Contributed in the design and Implementation of the integration strategy of the initiative that saved the government thousands of working hours and boosted the customer satisfaction index • Building a reusable flexible licencing services that allowed the different government agencies to digitize existing licences as well as launching new digital licences • Designing and building microservices hosted on AWS cloud to allow for more scalability and efficiency
Reporting to Deputy CEO, Provided strategic and technical leadership to develop and execute the Information Technology vision for the special packages project on the Holy Haram Expansion project, a multi-billion dollars engagement in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
• Spearheaded the implementation of Oracle EBS and 5 in house developed Software projects that boosted the decision making process to better meet company’s strategic goals.

Key Accomplishments:
• Slashed paper work in Logistics department by 70% which had great impact on data consistency, increased control, saved report preparation time by more than 80%, and increased the precision of Cost Estimation
• Maintained ZERO data loss incidents, up time for more than 99.7 %, and internet connectivity for more than 98%
• Adopted cloud based Mail service offered by Google (Google for Work) which both increased the service’s reliability and flexibility and decreased the cost of messaging services to below 20% of alternative solutions
• Formulated, applied and controlled IT Policies & Procedures and made sure that they are adequately applied across the company
• Received Innovative Thinking Award from CEO and was honored for my achievements
• Led Oracle E-business suite project implementation across company’s departments which streamlined business processes workflow, eliminated redundancy and increased information integration
