lean management deployment

Resposible on the whole plant; safety, production, maintenance and quality.
Managing a team of three team leaders, quality leader, electrician, mechanic and 20
technicians.
Managing the plant KPI's; effeciency, spoilage and quality. Managing the subordinates in terms of decepline, skills and development.
Carry on reporting the KPI's to the management on daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
Responsible on one of the three main areas of the plant in terms of downtime and TPM,
lean activities and continuous improvement and action plans monitoring and delivery.

Manage Shift activities to meet planned schedules.

 Worked as line pilot; responsible on Process, Quality, Speed, Capacity, maintenance/utilities and operators (30 operators) of the assembly line
 Coached and Implemented lean methodologies in the company business units (Operations and sales).
 Applied lean Manufacturing methodology on assembly lines to improve productivity and value streams.
 Maintain all key processes in control; complying the desired quality levels using Statistical Process Control and problem solving techniques.
 Responsibility of all EH&S and ergonomics issues on the assembly line including periodic risk assessments and find opportunities for improvements and implementations.
 Responsible on implementation of TPM schedules and prepare equipments evaluation sheets and critical spare parts lists for the assembly line.
 Participated in technology transfer projects for new products using 3P methodologies including layout creation, material handling and storing (KANBAN), tooling and machinery.
Achievements:
 Kaizen event on HiWall line with 30% improvement overall.
 Technology Transfer Project of a new ECO commercial line from Carrier Spain.
 Achieve the Silver Certificate in ACE @ 4.5 sigma level.
