As the Head of Projects & Corporate Performance, I report to the CEO. Responsible for employing strategic visioning and planning to align projects goals’ with long term (Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures) O.G.S.M. of the organization. Lead the enterprise project management team in establishing projects direction, identifying interdependencies between projects, communicating requirements, tracking progress, making decisions, identifying and mitigating risks and resolving conflicts and issues.
Additionally, I am responsible proving support and advice to other (internal) Senior Management team, undertaking business analysis and problem solving, coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties.

eBdal Arabia is a Saudi closed joint stock investment company specialized in the privatization / investment development business. eBdal Arabia was founded to bridge the gap between Public & Private sector, to create value for the Saudi investment society, and aligning the Saudi Vision 2030 with the private sector in KSA.

As the CIO, I reported to the CEO. Responsible for developing and overseeing the investment opportunities which we create between public / private sectors. Responsibilities include “not limited to” sourcing various types of investments in our targeted sectors to peruse the selected strategic investment initiatives, creating an effective acquisition team and managing the people, programs, processes, and analysis of acquiring / managing assets, recommending and prosecuting financing programs for the existing portfolio, sourcing debt capital to support the investment activities. Additionally, I was responsible for developing the international alliances which eBdal enter with international technical partner(s) to fulfill its duties.

NAT is a proud member of Abdullatif Alissa Group Holding; established in the 1940s when the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was just carving a place for itself in the world map. The Alissa Group sets up National General Automotive Company (NAT), drawing on its rich pedigree in the automobile industry over the past few decades. From cars sales, after-sales services, maintenance, spare parts and more - in just three years of its existence NAT has already made its mark. By consolidating shared services, NAT has become a truly integrated, end-to-end automotive holding company. NAT today holds the dealership control of Nissan & ISUZU in KSA, in addition to Autostar Companies.
As the CSO, I head the Office of Strategic Management (OSM), reporting to the Group CEO. The main responsibilities of the OSM division is as follows;

al Oula is a Saudi closed joint stock company specialized in the real estate development starting from raw land acquisition, through infrastructure development, to comprehensive communities development. al Oula owns a diversified land bank (Residential, Commercial and Industrial) that exceeds 20 millions Sqm in all three major regions of KSA in addition to another 6 millions Sqm in the Middle East region.
As the CIO, I report to the CEO. Responsible for overseeing the investments, and investment managers of al Oula primarily our real estate, fixed income and equity securities portfolios. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sourcing real estate investments by developing and executing new strategic real estate investment alternatives, designing plans to peruse the selected strategic investment initiatives, creating and maintaining an effective acquisition team and managing the people, programs, processes, and analysis of acquiring real estate, recommending and prosecuting financing programs for the existing portfolio, sourcing debt capital to support the activities of the real estate portfolio and overseeing the operations of the real estate portfolio. Additionally, I am responsible for contributing to the sale process in terms of strategy, pricing, and negotiations relative to the sale and other areas.

Arab Experts is a Saudi / Bahrain based Investment Banking and Corporate Finance Advisory Services Firm providing inputs in the areas of Private Equity, Acquisitions, Disposals, GCC Entry Strategy, Concept to Commissioning Projects and Organizational Restructuring.

As the CIO, I report to the CEO. Responsible for evaluating investment opportunities for acquisition of stakes in strategic businesses and private equity/ venture capital/ company acquisition transactions. Exposed to interaction with deal forwarding intermediaries, preparation/ vetting of project financing plan, valuation, due diligence, negotiations in share purchase agreements and post investment monitoring.
