Manage and coordinates the human resources function for the Middle East region and
oversee office operations for both mainland and free zone companies in Dubai.
Coordinates with HQ and legal partners in ensuring all requirements in maintaining and renewing licenses are complete and up to date
Manage the onboarding process and ensure new employees are oriented properly in the group culture and values

Develop and execute CSR programs for the region as well as conduct periodic program reviews to assess outcome and effectiveness.

My duties include
Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, Football Director, Football Manager and coaching staff.
Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Identifying needs for the front office, establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
Implemented and manages the day-to-day operations of the football zone - football programs, including the
financial, clerical and front office/customer support services. Make decisions relating to the day-to-day management
and operation of the football zone’s administrative functions.
Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements. Planning, arranging, and

Acts as the liaison between the students, parents and coaches.
Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures.
Prepares financial reports and ensuring financial systems are followed
Liaising with partner institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective clients
Arranging and preparing requirements of coaching staff and students for International trips
Promotes the football program through positive relations with community, parents, and students.
Selling a comprehensive portfolio of advertising for both print and online medium

I was initially hired as an HR specialist handling recruitment but was subsequently promoted and given the additional responsibility on managing employee compensation and benefits as well as employee relations. Providing administrative support and supervising administrative staffs. Following the promotion I reported directly to the CEO and worked closely with senior managers in Philippines, Hong Kong, Canada and USA.
