Create and produce social media contents for Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat and Facebook. Shoot, direct and edit product videos, advertisements and on cam talents. Conceptualize style and design for products to look sophisticated, elegant and high-end.
I handle people, train, supervise and assist on new editing machines and on special projects. I preview their works before airing. Train them on editing machines (Pablo, Flame), rotoscoping, color grading and train junior editors. Assist my Managers on admin duties. Research, make and implement necessary and possible ways in improving and developing work structures and effeciency.
As Senior MIE (SMIE), I was tasked to construct and edit plugs and the likes (of the shows we produce), and do some graphics and animation when needed and when given special projects as well. I handle Entertainment, News and Public Affairs and Confidential Projects. As an SMIE, I have also handled Special Projects, where I was also in-charge of Chroma clean-ups, Rotoscoping and projects with complicated editing requirements. Part of the responsibility is to also to participate during production; I sometimes stand as the Director or Lighting Director during shoots. We also give inputs and suggestions during Pre-Production (conceptualization and briefing about the projects). In general, as an SMIE, these are the projects I edit:

- Short AVPs
Concurrently, as a shift Team Leader, I handle a group of editors. I am assigned to preview all of their works before they air.I also give suggestions on how to improve their work. I train most of them on the use of Quantel Pro and EQ, how to do Chroma clean-ups, rotoscoping and key framing. I also give assistance to the Department Manager.
