Working closely with the sales management team and marketing staff to initiate marketing strategies that support the sales objectives of the company. Always representing the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times.
Duties:
•Identifying and maximizing revenue from existing customer accounts.
•Monitor Key Performance Indicators and ensure targets are met
•Submitting detailed proposals and quotations to customers.
•Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
•Identifying, contacting and qualifying leads.
•Monitoring competition and analyzing competitor activity.
•Attending sales conferences and industry marketing events.
•Travelling to the homes and offices of potential clients for appointments.
•Developing customized territory plans.
The system analyst in this sector is the interface between processes owners and programmers with key responsibilities Defining processes requirements and what is the best applications or software that could enhance the effectiveness of this processes.
Duties:
•Define application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
•Control solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
•Validate results by testing programs.
•Ensure operation effectiveness by training client personnel on new apps & providing regular support.
•Enhance customer satisfaction by decreasing the amount of forms and filled migrating to more web based services.
•Closely working with head of departments and sections on finding new programs and apps to increase processes effectiveness.
Planning & organizing all practical aspects of events i.e. catering, audio visual, room set up, car parking, security & cleaning. Managing key supporter relationships with significant individuals.
Duties:
•Developing, organizing, planning and promoting a range of large scale events.
•Reviewing and sourcing the locations where the event is to be held.
•Creating promotional material for the event & distributing it to the target audience.
•Arrange security and advice on health and safety issues.
•Preparing and managing budgets for the event. Ensuring adequate staff are available for the event.
•Creating a table sales database for all events. Post event tasks, thank you emails.
•Taking provisional bookings & obtaining written confirmation.
•Liaise and negotiate with suppliers such as florists and external caterers.
•Conducting a follow up analysis of events.
•Maintaining an inventory of facility & equipment used.
•Building good client and sponsor relationships
•Define best routs for customers’ deliveries considering best utilization of fleet capacity, available manpower, Cost per trip and sales priorities.
