• Structural Design and solutions for Construction Sequence/site requirements, logistics & methodologies.
• Resolving /preparation of structural calculations for any technical requirements/resolutions from consultants.
• Review/approve design calculations by subcontractors (Post Tension, Tower Cranes, Steel Works, Façade Works, Repair Works, etc..).
• Monitor and handle the development, coordination and approval of shop drawings /method of statements/ calculations/ material compliance and all necessary requirements for site execution /temporary works, considering the project's specifications and cost effect/ value engineering.
• Coordination between structural and architectural/façade finishes.
• Review of shop drawings/BBS for site call offs.
• Review/prepare method of statements for site requirements.
• Attending technical meetings and workshops for coordination between Consultants and subcontractors.
