building systems.
4. Anticipates Building Systems requirements by monitoring and reviewing critical building
systems status and performance through monitoring and control dashboards and
recommends replacement or corrective action to RFM’s and FTS Manager.
5. Develops standard equipment specifications and recommendations for Building systems
and monitors compliance with standards.
6. Act as a Technical PM (Project Manager) role for facilities projects that involve
significant Building System impact.
7. Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of Facilities monitoring and control
systems at an experienced user level. Capable of taking independent action through
BMS to resolve emergency situations. Capable of monitoring and analyzing Building
system data to effectively support key business decision process.
8. Assigned as a number one or two position on; depends on area and time; the Facilities
Responder emergency call list and will develop and maintain standard process
guidelines for all emergency responders.
9. Active participant in responsible area Facilities emergency response post-mortems.

- Assist in the preparation of the team annual budget, estimates staffing and capital equipment needs based upon recent trends and planned activities, monitor expenditures after budget adoption, prepare requisitions for purchase of material or supplies.
-Participate in managing building space allocation and layout, and help in achieving the required teams’ movements.

-Participate in different facilities project world-wide such as: Egypt, Morocco, Ireland, USA, Pakistan, France and Armenia.
