Draft and finalize Technical Contract Agreements .
Assess and Evaluate the Subcontractor's Claims .
Create and update a detailed log of all Delay Events .
Coordinate with other Project departments in preparing claim documents .
Administer Contracts, Subcontracts & other Agreements to ensure compliance with liable .

Coordinate with other Project departments & attend negotiation meetings .
Support and follow‐up in the preparation and quantification of Variations and Claims .
Consult and update the Project Manager and Head Office Senior on regular basis regarding .

Create and update a Contracts Follow-up Log daily and chase up outstanding Contracts .

. Reviewing consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change order requests and Review the technical documents from vendors and Subcontractors
. Processing of submittals in order to ensure the correct products and materials are installed throughout the project
. Manage the submittal log and coordinate submittal drawings with subcontractors.
. Understand scope of work and bid pricing from vendors, Assess and Evaluate the Subcontractor's Claims.
