Leading and responsible for all the operational and engineering activities related to ICT and ELV systems packages for the Mega Projects Department.
We handle multiple prestigious projects in the format of design & build, business development, operation & maintenance.
Specialty includes:
SCS & ICT (Passive & Active), Telecommunications, GRMS & Automation, PAVE, BGM, CCTV, FAS, ACS, BMS, AV, Ph.Sec, PMS, IPTV & SMATV.. etc.
My Key Responsibilities includes -but not limited to- :
• Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Concept Design, Design Development & Final Detailed Design ownership.
• Regular workshops with Consultants & Hotel Operators.
• MEP high level of coordination.
• Coordinating and getting approvals from various MEP consultants and Interior Designers (ID).
• Handling the design team & construction team simultaneously.
• Maintaining existing projects.
• Resources management.

• Royal Hashemite Court (RHC).
• Al-Zahiah City Centre by MAJID AL-FUTTAIM / Sharjah - UAE.
• Hikma Headquarters, Amman Jordan.
• Campbell Gray Hotel, AMMAN - A five-star CGH Operated hotel (192 Keys) / Abdali Gateway - Amman Jordan.
• SARAYA AQABA - A mixed-use resort with 1100+ five-star luxury hotel rooms operated by international operators, 400+ apartments, grand villas, waterpark, and others.
• Zafarana PV Plant - Egypt.
• Renovation of Nile Four Seasons Hotel - Cairo Egypt.
International offshore Lebanese based holding company specializes in the EPC of MEP and low current contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all activities of designing, modeling and analyzing ELV systems.
• MEP high level of coordination with all disciplines.
• Reviewing/analyzing new projects, designing different ELV Systems, compiling BOQ, analyzing financial and technical aspects of proposals and design drawings.
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating projects, developing project specifications, assisting in selection of components and required equipment.
• Coordinating with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical design teams in maintaining design quality and project schedule.
• Scheduling and organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines thus ensuring procedural adherence.
• Assisting with acceptance testing, managing hand-over of completed project.
• Designing, programming, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the following systems:
- Fire Alarm System
- Sound System / PAVE BGM
- Access Control System
- CCTV, IP Camera Surveillance System
- Guest Room Management System (GRMS)
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Data & Telephone Systems
- Audio/Video and conference Systems
- SMATV, IPTV Systems
- Graphical Security Monitoring Systems
- Systems Integration, and more.
• Conduct training sessions for the client after handing-over the project.
