• Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

2. Designing, developing and executing best-practice initiatives for core human resources policies and programs, including succession and career planning, performance appraisals, recruitment, onboarding and employee retention, records and documentation processes.

11. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
12. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, 3 of which must be in the healthcare field in Kuwait
13. Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic & English
14. Applicants must reside in Kuwait and have a valid transferable residency
