• Developing the Yearly HSE Plan, Targets & Objectives
• Make sure all HSE Procedures and presentations are updated.

• Preparing the yearly HSE Budget.

• Used Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the HSE performance of Projects.
• Conduct Hazard Identification; Risk Assessment & Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) on various activities and follow up on then implementation of the control measures required.
• Follow up on the contractors Activities and make sure that they are following our HSE Standards
• Conduct HSE Audits over facilities & sites to ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Responsible for the Facility Response Plan (Emergency Response)
• Responsible for the environmental initiatives including RRR plus Energy and water saving.
• Monitor the HSE performance over all GASCO & Contractors Sites & issue NCRs
• Conduct HSE Training courses including Train the Trainer course; H2S & Breathing Apparatus, Permit to work, Firs Aid, Fire Warden, Emergency Response, Authorized Gas tester, excavation safety, working at height, HSE Culture, Confined Space Entry, LOTO, waste Management, Hazards Identification, risk Assessment, hazardous good handling and storage & others
• Launched the online HSE Training management system; electronic assessment; electronic incidents reporting and Bulls eyes system.

• Reporting to Corporate HSE Manager with 4 employees reporting to me.
• Monitor the HSE performance over all CCC Projects worldwide.
• Maintain HSE Certifications (ISO14001, OHSAS18001 & OSHAD)
• Site supervision over various Projects on mission basis (3 to 6 months) to establish the HSE Department at the Projects, Manage Contractors, Conduct Site Inspections and Auditing, , conduct Hazards Identification and Risk Assessments, Report Accidents reporting & conduct Investigation, conduct Toolbox talks, order PPEs, follow up on Waste Management, Traffic and pedestrians safety, plus conducting HSE Induction and training courses..…..etc.

o Sahil and Shah Full Field Development Project -(Abu Dhabi, UAE)
o Presidential Palace Project- (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
o Dukhan Highway -(Doha - Qatar)
• Responsible for the on-going HSE Coordination between CCC Managing Office (Corporate Level) and more than 80 Oil and gas, civil and airport Projects worldwide (some Projects include Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases)
• Continuous update for the HSE Procedures based on OSHA and BS Standards.
• Update the HSE Training Matrix and prepare HSE Training needs analysis.
• Preparing the Annual HSE Report and the Annual HSE Targets and Objectives.
• Preparing specific HSE Training material and courses for the Projects.
• Conduct HSE Training and orientation for management, Coordinators and HSE Staff Including Train the HSE Trainer for the Projects Trainers
• Develop the curriculum and education material for Hasib Sabbagh HSE Academy in Jordan
• Conduct HSE Audits & Inspections over CCC projects and recommend corrective actions.
• Came up with new initiatives such as the HSE Training passport. online HSE Training database and reporting system, the monthly HSE newsletter
• Follow up on the HSE Manning Requirements & recruitment of Projects HSE staff.
• Conduct Interviews for senior HSE staff to join Projects and corporate.
• Responsible for the Graduated under Development Program (GUDs).

Prepared Project specific Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan (Manual) and Procedures based on OSHA and BS Standards
• Prepare Project Specific HSE Plan and Procedures as per Client requirements and local legislations
• Monitored the adequate implementation of CCC’s HSE Management System on various Projects
• Conducted Corporate HSE Audits on various Projects (UAE, Qatar and Africa), and followed up on the closeout of non-conformity reports (NCRs) and observations
• Attended Third Party HSE Audits (by BUREAU VERITAS Quality International) on both CCC Managing Office and various Projects, monitored close out actions and actively participated in proper corrective actions
• Conducted Audits/ inspection over Camps and food halls based on the camp. kitchen and food safety HACCP.
• Conducted Accident\Incident Investigation within CCC Group and followed up on the corrective/ mitigation actions.
• Reviewed and followed up on HSE (BVQI third party) audits, ensuring closeout of nonconformities
• Develop HSE Action Plans for Projects when needed based on HSE experts’ recommendations and CCC HSE Management System Requirements, follow up on the Action Plan and monitor proper implementation.
• Applied Risk Management Concept on various Projects
• Carried-out HSE Trend Analysis to have a better understanding of CCC Project HSE Performance
• Used Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of Projects in terms of HSE
• Assist the Project’s HSE Manager to set up CCC Certified HSE Management System on the Project.
• Attend Project Kick-Off Meetings for newly awarded Projects
• Attended Client HSE Clarification Meeting when and as needed
• Prepare HSE Forms and schedules to be used by Projects
• Responsible for CCC Memberships and communication with local and international organizations such as ASSE, IPLOCA, EEG, ESG, and SOS.
