Project Description:
Construction of a new 3.2 km long waterway including associated utility diversion works such as bank protection to canal mainly of precast mass concrete gravity type quay walls and a small part with diaphragm wall. Construction of break water, beach and standalone groyne shelter, 6 nos. of water taxi stations. Highway modifications, utility diversion and protection of existing services. (Project Value = 800Million AED)
1) To handle the procurement activities that meets the Project requirements, according to Company policies and procedures.
2) To review / study technical Specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), schedule plan and Drawings to extract the enquiry of packages
3) Finding Qualified suppliers and sub-contractors suitable for the job
4) Send Invitation & RFQ with inquiry documents to suppliers and sub-contractors and meet them to reply to their queries and clarify the scope of package’s work
5) Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to clearly answer their Technical inquiries and ensure that they are aware of the business’ objectives
6) Reviewing quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the suppliers and sub-contractors.
7) Building strong working relationship with suppliers and sub-contractors and negotiate with them their quotation such as price, excluding item, warranty and payment terms

Cleveland Clinic Hospital Abu Dhabi - UAE
Project Description:
Construction of a 1, 000 bed Clinic, a Car park & technical buildings, totalling a built-up area of 400.563 m², on 3 podium levels + 22 levels, height of the building: 135 m. This is a mixed structure concrete/steel. FF&E and a part of IT Equipment are included. (Project Value = one billion Euro)
• Working in Partitions and Ceiling Works (Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Laminated Frosted Glass Ceiling, Gypsum Board Ceiling, Perforated Metal Ceiling, Wooden Ceiling
• Coordinator of Interior and exterior Paint, Wall protection, Rollers Blinds, Internal Signage and wall covering
• Studying technical data sheet (TDS) of material to comply with project specification and project budget.
• Preparation and reviewing the material submission and acquire approval from consultant.
• Schedule the procurement of material (requisition, LPO, shipment, material delivery) as per project schedule and site need.
• Lead and Coordination workshop between client, consultant and subcontractor discussing the required specification of scope and package
• Scrutinizing method statements submitted from Subcontractor as per the specification requirements.

• Meeting with the client and consultant discussing the required specification of materials and the alternatives proposed
• Procuring the material as the requirement of project specification of project and the Budget of the materials
• Responsible for the preparation of inquiries and purchase orders.
• Coordination with Site for the required Materials needed.
• Preparation of material’s submittal including material delivery.
