Responsibilities
 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
 Ensure resource availability and allocation
 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
 Report and escalate to management as needed
 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
 Perform risk management to minimize project risks
 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Responsibilities
 Prepare engineering analysis (quotations / submittals) of Building Control projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, and equipment selection.
 Prepare and interpret single line diagrams, shop drawings and other visual aids for designated projects.
 Review and critique proposed changes to system engineering standards and details.
 Follow up and coordinate with sales teams on all sent quotation and their respective statuses.
Provide technical / commercial presentations to clients.
 Serve as the primary customer contact for technical issues for those accounts and territories assigned.
 Work with sales & projects management teams on all technical issues outside of area of knowledge.
 Prepare financial analysis (Project Projections, Pipeline and/or Revenue & Cash flow Plan) of projects.
 Assist sales team in finalizing sales deals to achieve preset financial targets

 Attending meeting and brainstorming to achieve to the main deign parameters.
 Project Planning and Scheduling.
 Producing suitable design layout to meet project objectives.
 Dealing with third parties.
 Exporting the final detailed technical drawings.
 Supervision on manufacturing process.
