Managing and coordinating a number of mega and high-profile projects ranging from sports facilities (Stadia, Multipurpose Halls/ Indoor Arenas, and Sports Academy for the Qatar Olympic Committee and Aspire Zone/ Sports city), real estate projects, and commercial projects. Responsibilities commence from pre-design preparations through design management activities till the completion of the construction tender stages. Main roles are:
- Delivering the project to agreed scope, time, cost and quality while achieving the project’s financial objectives.
Liaison with the Client and development of a trusted relationship
- Risk Management, Project reporting and cost control
- Ensure meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the overall performance of the consultants of the project ensuring that that their performance is reviewed in a timely manner and reported to Construction Manager for escalation.
- Lead and manage the review process of the design stages and manage their approval
- Proactively measure and maintain strict follow-up for mitigation of impact of any delays / constraints for work front / progress of the work.
- Resolve, with all concerned parties, any issues related to the project activities that may affect safety, quality, progress & cost.
- Participate in validation and certification of the invoices raised by the consultants for release of payments.
- Coordinate with third parties on behalf of clients for projects that are external to client site and either interfaces in client parameter or has the client as a stakeholder.
Responsible for the Design Management of Emaar Projects in Egypt (UTC & Al Marassi). Responsibilities included pre-design preparations through design management activities till the completion of the construction tender stages.
Leading a design review team and coordination for design management aspects for a number of packages for the City Stars Project (Mall, Towers, InterContinental, Holiday Inn, and Stay Bridge Hotels.
Design review, issuance of shop drawingd, as well as site coordination.
Design Development Drawings, Tender drawings, and details.
Design Development Drawings, Tender drawings, and details.
Site Recording, 3D modelling, and issuing updated drawings based on site modifications and as-built drawings.
Assissting the architecture professors, office hour dedication to teach for students, and marking the final exams.

Master's of Architecture in the design concepts and theories of architecture. The program lasted 2 years of full time study in the reputable CarletonUniversity of Canada.
