Project Value equals (11 Million USD)
Main Tasks:
1) Review the Contractor’s proposed work program, quality assurance
plan, safety plan, etc. from time to time.
2) Review and assess valuations for interim payments, proposals for
variations orders, claims etc. that may be raised by the Contractor.
3) Participate in monthly progress meetings and other meetings.
4) Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract
documents, drawings, technical specifications standards etc;
ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract,
design, quality of materials & workmanship
5) Review and approve shop drawings and Material submittals.
6) Checking, recording, and testing of completed works before they
are covered by the contractor
7) Advise about problems, issues and discrepancies that may be a
reason for technical or contractual problems (such as poor
construction quality, delayed completion, inconvenience with
others, etc) and take necessary actions to rectify such discrepancies.

2) Deal with Governmental and Private sector Projects.
3) Tenders, BOQ’s, Invoices and Payment Certificates, Material Submittals and
Purchase Orders.
Projects Accomplished:
1) KHCC - King Hussain Cancer Center - Roof Floor - Amman.
2) Orphans Fund Development Foundation building - Amman.
3) ACTED -Sewing factory - Bala’ma.
4) ACTED - Electrical Works- Zaatari Camp.
5) Jordan Civil Defense - Electrical Works - Karama project.
Main Tasks:
1) Install new utilities (Mechanical: Storm pipes, Fresh water pipes, irrigation, sewage, curb inlets, Concrete ditches, box culverts).
2) Install new utilities (Electrical: HV (132K.V, MV (33KV, 13.8KV, RMUs, switch gears), LV (street lights and panels), OHTL (terminal compound and Towers).
2) Electro-mechanical coordination with other departments.
3) Diversion (rerouting) of existing underground power cables (Infrastructure utilities) out of the interchange limits:
- Substation, 132 K.V cables, 33 K.V cables, 13.8 K. V cables, relocation of 2 OHT Towers (132 K.V) out of the interchange limits.
4) Lighting system (complete with electrical substations package units)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Contact and meet other departments to coordinate the work accordingly.
• Plan the work (timescale management) to accomplish the work on time.
• Follow up the work and raise (daily/weekly/monthly) reports to higher management.
• Review tender drawings and specifications.
• Placing purchase-orders and follow up the material delivery.
• Approving subcontractor’s payment certificates and raise monthly certificate to the consultant.
Project/Site Engineer in LAGOON HOTEL AND RESORT (Dead Sea) Project and in Parallel with industrial Projects in- Worked as Subcontract with KENTZ overseas.
deal with the following :
a. Electrical Wiring: Low Current, Power, Fire Alarm, Lighting, Lightning, Earthing, Public Address, CCTV and Security systems.
b. deal with Tenders, BOQ’s, Invoices, RFP, RFQ, RFI, IR and Material submitting.
