Maintenance Planning Engineer
Conduct planning division routine cycle, facilitate daily meetings to apply risk based work selection method to determine notifications urgency and review data quality as per Shell standard. Generate preventive orders as per strategy, schedule PV, PDM and corrective maintenance of each long and short term plans and ensure optimum resources, liaise between executers and logistics, supervise issuing “in progress” weekly report, follow up backlog, reschedule pending jobs, create monthly de-flagged notifications reports, develop Refinery monthly KPI reports, preserve the data’s reliability and efficiency in Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP), engage partners to plan, and control unplanned shutdowns, encourage team to provide lessons learned, support turnaround team in planning relative activities, monitor and control work as well as follow issuing recovery plans to realign performance with baselines, conduct GAP analytics to help with the decision-making techniques

Conduct administration relative roles of pre-Tendring, Tendering, Evaluation, Contracts (preparation, award, Execution and closing) and payment processes.
Analyse CRD/DRD to ensure complying QP policies and procedure.

Study contract and prepare the budget. Develop project schedule and control sheet project plan. Revise the schedule as needed. Create routine planned reports and prepare invoices and coordinate with stakeholders. Using Primavera P3 & MS-Project. Lead mechanical team to execute the assigned scope of work for underground and above-ground pipelines including fabrication, erection laying, insulation, and coordinate NDT. Execute piping fabrication, installation, and handle change process, tie-in, and hydrostatic test. Execute steel structures as per engineering drawing. Supervise equipment installation and pre-commissioning activities and punch list execution until hand over. Create drawing M.T.O of offshore facilities, platforms, piles, pipelines. Follow up drawings and technical documents update and communicate engineering review & modify. Create workshop drawings of project steel structures and piping isometric. Communicate quality control to get acceptance and execute required correction action.
