• Generating accurate briefs and branding plans to the suppliers.
• Providing payment & productivity reports on Monthly / Quarterly basis.
• In regular contact with the marketing communication team to make sure we are aligned in terms of what messages are installed in our outdoors locations.
• Monitoring the suppliers to ensure the best production for the targeted booths, shop in shop & mini franchise outlets.
• Attending the installations process to maintain the best production quality.
• Regular Audit visits to ensure the best status of all the booths, shop in shop & mini franchise locations.
• Following up on the installations to ensure the best branding quality.
• Coordinating fast maintenance for sales booths, mini-franchise and shop in shop.
• Generating purchase orders to avail supplier’s payments.
• Regular submission of jobs in database
