Manage a team of 90 employees for 8 processes (Rotogravure printing, doctoring, Solvent base and solventless lamination, Heat seal lacquer coating, cold seal lacquer coating, Slitting, Lid cutting, sleeve seaming & cutting and Pouch making)
• Plan and organize production schedules.
