Lusail Stadium have the capacity of 90, 000 seats and Is scheduled to host the opening ceremony, matches throughout the tournament and the main closing event for the 2022 Fifa World Cup.

 Education City Golf Club, Doha - Qatar \[Oct 2016 to Nov 2019\]
It is a landmark project for Qatar and the world of golf, right through to the world-class 18-hole cham-pionship and 6 Hole Championship Courses. The projects also includes highly standards club house, and other buildings.


 Qatar Foundation Schools Projects, Doha - Qatar \[May 2014 / Oct 2016\]
A world-class education campus has 3 academies in 3 different locations in Qatar and belong to Qatar Foundation. The overall area of each is approximate 75, 000 m2 including recreation area and commu-nity facilities.

 Msheireb Downtown Doha Project, Doha - Qatar \[July 2011 / May 2014\]
A mixed use development over 35 hectares hosts Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Cultural and Com-munity facilities. It included a basement extends over the entire site area, housing all major utilities containment, and 11, 000 car parking.

Summary of Responsibilities during my employment with Turner:
• Pre-Tender: establishing procurement and packaging strategy, manging preparation of tenders and monitoring the tender process till tender returns, perform technical and commercial evaluation and formation of the respective contracts.
• Post-Tender: Contract Management, Payments, Variations, Amendments, Claims, Prolongation - EOTs.
• Initial setup and implementation of the processes and procedures for the project.
• Manage contract formation process and signature
• Contractual correspondence / commercial closeouts.
• Project Controls: monitor all bonds, bank guarantees and insurances and ensuring compliance with the contract, keep accurate records of all correspondence, claims and variations.
• Provide financial reports and support for cost control and financial reporting functions.
• Merit and quantum evaluation of variations / claims.

Key Achievements:
• Awarded 100+ packages for consultants and contractors at different projects with values up to 5B+.
• Finalization of the Contract Documents and follow until signature by both parties.
• Finalization and closure of all claims and variation for best interest of both the Client and Contractor.
• Prepared Contracts Amendment to maximize the Employer and Contractor benefits.
• Successfully completed the 2 Academies at Al Khor and Al Wakra within the budget and time.
• Successfully achieved the value engineering and cost reduction of approx. 40% for the Qatar Academies Al Khor and Al Wakra without impact on the design intent or quality.

Quantity Surveyor at Consortium of Arab Contractors and Parsons E&C

Kureimat Power Plant project is the largest Power production field in Egypt, which consists of 3 Power Plants generating around 2900 MW. Consortium’s role was excusing all civil/MEP works for the project in the amount of almost 1.2 Billion LE. The Project almost involved all Engineering trades (All civil and shoring works, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Works).
• Quantity surveying for all the project items concerning materials procurement, client’s invoices and subcontractors’ BOQ.
• Executing the site measurements process and preparing the quantities calculation sheets required for payment documents in the scheduled time frame.
• Preparing budgetary cost advice for all works elements of the project.
• Evaluated additional works introduced to lump sum scope & produced comprehensive studies for variations & design.
• Preparation, Negotiate & finalized Variation orders and Claims for both unit items & lump sum buildings with the Owner & Consultant (Bechtel)
• Preparing monthly invoices and following up till approval
• Reviewing the monthly payments of subcontractors
• Corresponding Bid Drawings & BOQ with the construction ones & prepare comparative statement for the same.
• Responsible for preparation & reviewing of Contractual correspondences & contract documents including the project specifications in conjunction with the Project Manager
• Identifying any changes or conflict in the work scope not within the project contract scope
• Preparing daily, weekly and Monthly Progress reports in addition to any other reports required by the contract..
• Preparing and submitting both of CCCs (Construction Completion Certificates) and TOACs (Taking Over and Acceptance Certificates
