Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation activities for the Municipal services and social resilience project (MSSRP), by conducting the following main activities:
•Review and complete the results framework of the project
•Identify the data collection methodologies for M&E
•Prepare the M&E plan
•Supervise data collection
•Conduct data analysis
•Estimate cost of relevant activities
•Prepare M&E as well as progress reports.

Project coordination and management
•Manage all project teams
•Prepare field work plans for REACH activities in host communities
•Liaise with the FLATS officers to ensure all field work requirements are provided
•Ensure timely implementation of project activities, in line with the project work plan;
•Develop and sustain relationships with local government offices, members of civil society, NGOs and other members of the community throughout Jordan; (in the southern governorates as well as the northern ones).
•Undertake presentations of assessments findings to donors and stakeholders officials and other project stakeholders.
•Engage in coordination forums to share information on the project and facilitate coordination with other stakeholders;
•Explore opportunities for complementarily and information-sharing with other NGOs and CBOs
•In conjunction with the Assessment manager, host weekly project meetings to discuss project activities, strategy and implementation
•Training and managing the project team and ensure working in order to accomplish the project objectives.
•Undertake external trainings (including ToT) in the fields of data collection, food security and other fields based on the requests.
•Assist in managing the relationship between the organization and government stakeholders by representing the organization with senior level officials.
•Attend meeting with donors and project stakeholders e.g. meetings with the World Bank representative and other project stakeholders for Jordan Emergency service and Social Cohesion Project (JESSRP).

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
•Assist in drafting research methodology and tool design.
•Checking the activities for the following week, following up with any additional planning of activities.
•Monitoring the data collection in the field and check it is collected with quality (for example, interview technique, methodology of assessment is followed).
•Directly collecting data when needed. (interviews and Focus Group Discussions)
•Participating in drawing the time plan for the week activities and the methodology of data collection and analysis.
•Participate in the data analysis part in the project and assist in drafting the final report.
