• Receives the Durable, Home and Auto loan applications from credit processer and verify data integrity on applications.
•Scrutinize applications compliance with credit policy and approve/decline or mark the case discrepant.
• Do the required approval for applications and draw downs on FMS.
• Ensure turnaround time as prescribed by business or evaluation.
• Provide accurate and timely MIS reports.
• Ensure that all risk requirements have been fully completed before finance is forwarded to disbursement department.
• Assist in maintaining clean portfolio with minor delinquency.
• Manage and ensure that all financing are within the risk policy framework.
• Ensure that processing of applications must be within the permissible limits, caps; restrictions imposed geographical area, professions and deviations, exception stated in the policy.
• Manage post Approval Review within the Unit to ensure conformity and consistency of decisions taken and data input in the system.
• Provide accurate and timely MIS to Credit Policy Head.
• Ensure that all risk requirements have been fully completed before finance is forwarded to disbursement department.
• Feedback on process, system and policy parameters performance and how they can be improved to minimize risk while issuing credit facilities.
• Working with IT development to design and build the workflow system, participating in system testing, arranging UAT and providing user manuals and other supporting documentation.
• Planning and executing other key project deliverables including data migration and user training.
• Ensure that all sales invoices are settled at the end of the day.
• Review all salesmen accounts on daily basis and recommend action if account not cleared.
• Ensure that all cash is allocated correctly to debtors accounts.
• Make a physical check for the Ware House in regular basis.
• Communicate with Salesmen and checking staff.
• Prepare reports on daily basis showing banking and balances of salesmen.
• Request adjustment where necessary to debtors with support documents.
• Keep all necessary records filled and easily accessible.
• Ensure that all new prices are set on the system correctly.
• Ensure that all promotions are calculated and correct in the system.
• Prepare the Personal Loan after checking compliance of the document to approved policies.
• Preparing the daily loans through the system.
• Preparing the Settlement, postpone of Vehicle Loans.
• Preparing the Cancellation of vehicles installments
• Preparing the Rescheduling calculation.
• Checking lay-out of all processed Personal Loan requests.
• Ensure that all documents are saved in the safe cabinet with designated custodian.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for management.
