Roles:
I am consulting three main contractors who are constructing 18 Sites Projects including 36 Schools Buildings and 21 Multi-Purpose Building.
Responsibilities:
1) Reviewing and evaluating cost accounts such as Interim Payments Certificates, variations, revised BoQ, Final BoQ and Final accounts.
2) Evaluating quality deficiencies and estimating its cost impact (deductions) that has to be considered in evaluating of payments.
3) Review quantities and costs.
4) Balancing cost accounts.
Riyadh Metro Project - Elevated Stations Team - Construction Support
Responsibilities:
1) Reviewing and verifying structural shop-drawings; including concrete dimensions and levels, reinforcement arrangements and bars lengths and construction joints locations; all in accordance to ACI code and project specification.
2) Reviewing and verifying the design changes that proposed by the contractor.
3) Reviewing and verifying the construction materials and complying these materials with the specifications, and request the required tests according to the ASTM standard and the project specifications.
4) Reviewing and verifying the concrete mix designs, and verify the tests results for each material according to the project requirements.
5) Reviewing and verifying shop-drawings for the CMU (concrete masonry units) walls.
6) Conducting value engineering by computing the quantities and choose the suitable solutions.
7) Reviewing and verifying steel structural shop-drawings; all in accordance to ANSI/AISC code and project specification.
8) Reviewing and verifying Method of Statements.
9) Review and approving Steel Structure shop-drawings for Elevated Stations.
Riyadh Metro Project - Utilities Diversion Team - Design Services
Responsibilities:
1) Preparing bills of quantities for utilities diversion works; including wet services (sewer, water and storm pipelines), and dry serveries (132 KV, 32 KV, 13.8 KV, mobily, STC and MODA networks), trenching direct buried and concrete duct bank, thrust blocks, temporary metal hanging systems, piping, pipe interconnections, cabling, ducts, manholes, valves, valve chambers, catch basins, substations, communication boxes, test link boxes, joints bay, removal works, dismantling works, box culverts and relocation works.
2) Preparing bills of materials for utilities diversions works, for the purpose of procurement process.
3) Conducting value engineering for various designs solutions.
4) Preparing bills of quantities for Highways works; including removal of existing works, traffic signage, excavation, filling, pavement layers, curbs, traffic lines and marking, landscaping, barriers and utilities diversions.
5) Setting budgetary costs by conduction pre-tender estimate using; market costs and AECOM cost data base.
Riyadh Head Office - Program, Cost and Consultancy business line (PPC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Prepares Elemental Cost Planning, High Level Cost Models and Order of Magnitude Estimate based on RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM), 1st & 2nd Edition.
2) Prepares Cost Estimates based on POMI, CESSM3 & SMM7.
3) Prepares Firm and Approximate Bill of Quantities on CSI Master Format and RIBA Plan of Work.
4) Prepares Tender Documentation and evaluate potential Contractors.
5) Appraise tenders and provide recommendation to the Senior
6) Commercial Manager for final proposal to the client.
7) Control cost management plan / procedure for ongoing projects.
8) Evaluate contractor's payments, variations and cash flow.
9) Manage the procurement process / procedure and contact the different supplier / contractors.
10) Evaluate suppliers and contractors quotations to approach the best value for the Clients.
11) Control cost management plan / procedure for ongoing projects.
12) Making of inquiries for manufacturers, suppliers and sub-contractors for the required items and work as per the project specifications.
13) Collecting, following up the quotations, studying and comparing the quotations from manufactures, suppliers and subcontractors, also organizing the quotations list for every project and give every inquires and quotation a number into the database system of the company.
14) Reflect the quotations into Technical evaluation and cost comparison sheet including the prices, conditions and terms for every quotation and the quantities for the work, and compare the total amount for every quotation with the direct cost of this work after evaluation for each quotation.
15) Choosing the best offer/quotations and give recommendation to the high management.
16) Pricing the new projects that are under tendering process depends on the supplying cost of the materials, installation cost for the labor, delivery cost, overhead cost according to the project size and requirements of supervision stuff, equipment and tools, profit cost depend on the decision of high management, wastage of materials cost and the risk cost according to the project conditions and terms.

Computing the quantities, reviewing the bills of quantities, preparing technical comparison sheets for supplier’s quotations based on design requirements and specifications, sending requests for quotations to suppliers and sub-contractors, invoicing, evaluating the variations, and pricing the tenders BOQ after preparing cost estimation according to the received quotations & market cost analysis and preparing the contracts document.

AL-RAJHI UNIVERSITY PROJECT
The area of the project is 22, 000 m2 and built-up area 80, 000 m2 with total amount of SAR 342, 000, 000 without medical equipment, the project consists of 3 schools medical, nursing and allied health science coupled with a hospital.
AL-RAOWDA MOSQUE PROJECT
The area of the project is 24, 370 m2 and built-up area 12, 212.55 m2, total minarets lengths are 209.70 m, and the project with total amount of SAR 61, 000, 000.
SULAIMAN AL-RAJHI GRAND MOSQUE PROJECT
The area of the project is 13, 216 m2, built-up area 26, 983 m2, and the project with total amount of SAR 120, 000, 000 due to special specification.
RESIDENTIAL COMMERICAL PROJECT
The project consists of 96 building and 433 villas with total amount of SAR 2, 000, 000, 000.
RESIDENTIAL COMMERICAL PROJECT
The project consists of 12 building and one big mosque with total amount of SAR 427, 000, 000.
CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL PROJECT
The project consists of 13 floors with total amount of SAR 311, 000, 000.
AL RAJHI MOSQUE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE PROJECT
The preparation of technical requirements and making highly safety plan for construction of the project along the EAST RING ROAD, and the project with total amount of SAR 3, 000, 000.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing of tender drawings, Shop Drawings, planning, requests for inspections, submittals, site requirements lists, as-built drawing, invoices, letters, and arrangement of documents and following up the sub-contractors.

MARRIOT COURTYARD HOTEL PROJECT
The project consists of 26 floors; I work in the first stage that consists of 3 basements and 3 floors with total amount SAR 30, 000, 000.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing of tender drawings, Shop Drawings, requests for inspections, site requirements lists, as-built drawing, invoices, bill of quantities, letters, arrangement of sites works according to the schedule time and following up the sub-contractors.
PROJECTS:
AKNAZ CENTER PROJECT
The project consists of 3 floors and 1 basement with total amount of SAR 15, 000, 000 for skeleton works and built area 4, 500 m2.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Managing the carpentry and steel fixers stuffs.
2) Flowing up with the materials suppliers.
3) Execute the works and handling over to the client.

The factory was consisting of concrete structure and steel structure buildings
THE NEW CAIRO VILLAS
The villas was typical and consists of basement, 3 floors.
