Perform hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control of project activities.
Conducting daily routine inspection to site observe all safety rules and regulations & takes necessary actions to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation that could cause death/injury or extensive damage to property and notifying all concerned involved.

Closely monitor scaffold erection/dismantling work, confined space entries, crane /lifting operations.
Ensure proper use of PPE such as safety harness, safety gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes, safety helmet, earplugs etc.
Prepare weekly, monthly safety reports, Scaffold checklist, Portable Power Tools Checklist, Accident Reports, Incident Reports, Ladder Inspection Checklist, and Near miss Report.
Writing Safety notices.
Prepare the daily activity report safety toolbox meeting report and maintain records.
Ensure that healthy work environment is maintained.
Conduct daily work site inspections to identify and correct the existing hazards and unsafe conditions specifically work on scaffolds /Excavation / Confined space/Elevation work/Crane lifting and report to management.
Conduct gas test, and ensure employees are following the confined space entry procedures.
Make sure that the electrical lock out tag out system is being followed properly.
Ensure implementation of project approved HSE plan for the subcontracted scope of work.
